Based on the ROA, 2020 (O. REG 57/21) amendment, Onyx will be serving members and those in the community who qualify under the new guidelines.
Includes persons with:
- Mental health conditions, temporary or permanent, of any kind (inc. depression, stress, anxiety)
- Physical impairments
- Musculoskeletal injuries (injuries that affect muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments, bones, nerves and blood vessels)
- Brain injury and concussion
- Cognitive impairments (trouble remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions that affect everyday life)
Patrons must have a letter of recommendation obtained from a registered health professional (ie. RMT, Chiropractor, Family Doctor or Physiotherapist).
All letters will be kept on file in the strictest of confidence with your membership contract to protect your privacy. Note that if you are accessing the facility outside of office hours, you can submit your letter to firstname.lastname@example.org
