First Timer Tips
We’ve got you covered. Get ready to work up a sweat, have fun and crush your fitness goals.
Book in Advance
Classes are open for booking one week in advance. You will be able to book for the upcoming week. Book online by selecting the class you wish to participate in and follow the prompts. Text our friendly front desk staff if you need assistance or have questions.
Arrive on Time
Before your first class, please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start time so we can get you checked in and your belongings can be placed in the locker rooms. Classes will begin at each posted scheduled times.
Depending on the class you are participating in, you will be using a variety of equipment, weights, and body weight. Make sure you come prepared by wearing appropriate footwear and comfortable athletic clothing. Don’t forget to hydrate! We have a filling station and bottled water available for purchase.
We’ve Got Your Back
There’s no need to worry if the moves are new to you. Our trainers are certified and caring. Modifications will be provided to ensure movements are right for your body. We also encourage you to introduce yourself to the instructor prior to class and communicate any pre-existing condition to further ensure your safety.
Have Fun at ONYX
It’s best to come with an open mind and a positive attitude. Yes! You will learn new moves but our instructors will teach you to get the most out of your workout. Get ready to be challenged and have some fun along the way!!
Muscle Up Boot Camp is a challenging, fun, & supportive workout! This 45 minute class consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (with the use of weights, stability / medicine balls, resistance bands, glides, kettle bells, etc.), and stretching. It’s the whole package.
We welcome you to work on strength, balance, and the opening of connective tissue during these 45 minute classes. You’ll torch calories, tone your body, improve posture and flexibility to say the least. Adding to these benefits – you’ll leave feeling relaxed and energized!

SPIN (Currently unavailable)
A fun, challenging and highly energetic class! One of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy 45 minutes of great music while being motivated to ride a varied mixture of flats, hills, and sprints – burning calories all the way!

Cardio, strength and endurance – this class has it all and will be a challenge for every fitness level. Come prepared for anything and everything. This 45 minute class has no limitations as to what we’ll do. Every week is something different, from tires and TRX to body weight drills. All we know is that you’ll love this workout!

Bring along your water bottle and sweat rag for an INTENSE full body HIIT-based workout. We pack in the complete shebang during this 30 minute heart-pumping experience. The class includes a warm-up and stretching phase, which is followed by a high energy main workout before ending with a much appreciated cool-down time.

TRX & Core
Work every major muscle group with TRX strap exercises and movements during this 45 minute class. As a participant you’ll develop strength, balance, and flexibility simultaneously. And that’s not all! Each class includes a bonus core-focused segment. What a great mix!

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating 45 minute, full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Make the most our of your Monday morning workout! In this challenging and effective 45 minute class, you will work through various circuits that combine spin, core work and stretching. It’s the perfect start to your week.
Schedule: Monday 5:30am | Tuesday 6:30pm
Tabata, also known as high-intensity interval training will certainly keep you on your toes. This 45 minute class is a full body workout that includes alternating periods of short, intense anaerobic exercise and even even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. Feel like a rock star after working through a variety of exercises and training methods while targeting major muscle groups.
